A family of 7 including 2 young children stayed here for one night. It was the first day of Golden Week and we finally arrived at the hotel in heavy traffic, but the host warmly welcomed us with tea and sweets and made us feel at home. The interior is very spacious and divided into an entrance space, a cafe/meal space (with an outdoor BBQ space in the back), and a living room, which I was very satisfied with as I was able to use them depending on the occasion. (It used to be a store.) The kitchen had a professional-grade refrigerator and sink, which I thought was amazing. This time, we bought some ingredients at a nearby supermarket and enjoyed it with the whole family at the BBQ space. I liked that there was a hearth in the middle of the desk where you could put charcoal and enjoy grilling. The inn also has alcohol (beer, local sake, wine, etc.) as an option, and although I didn't drink much this time as I was staying with a family, I felt it would be a good idea to stay mainly for drinking with friends. Since it was Fujiyoshida during the Golden Week, I thought it would be cold at night, but the bedroom was fully air-conditioned and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. It was so comfortable that I felt it was a waste to stay just one night.

The location of the light switches in the room was not intuitive and I was a little confused.
